A year ago today our precious son left his orphanage for the last time.
This is the first time I held him. It felt so right.
It was apparent that his needs weren't getting met. He was very thin, pale and dehydrated.
This photo of him breaks my heart :(
It was very hard to get him to smile but he eventually did!
Ryan has come such a long way in the past year.
He's excited about life and wakes up happy every single day!
