The List

A post from another adoptive parent about some of the behaviors children in institutions could have.  It's good to be prepared and know what you could be up against.  I was aware of most things on the list......learned some new things as well.  All I can think about is that its not the child's fault and it didn't have to be this way.  How can we not do anything?
